4.2 Daily Routine Blueprint — Home
10 minutes with BUNYAAD — No Worksheets
🏠 The BUNYAAD Home Promise
No extra time. Just replace existing conversation with BUNYAAD language. These routines fit into what you already do — morning, dinner, and bedtime.
🌅 Morning Before School (2 min)
- 🔵 Greeting by name, eye contact: “As-salamu Alaikum [name], have a good day.” (Not just “Jaldi karo.”)
- 💚🟠 Emotion Check: “Where is your thermometer? How are you feeling?”
- 💚🟢 Intention: “Today, one kindness and one question?”
🏠 After School Return (3 min)
- 🔵💚 Greeting again: “Welcome back! Missed you.” (Not “How many marks?”)
- 💚 Feeling Check-In (30 sec): “How was your day?” “What I hear you saying is… Is that right?” Avoid bechara.
- 🟠 Pause & Breathe: If tired or frustrated, take a breath together.
🍽️ Dinner / Evening — BUNYAAD Family Time (5 min)
- 🔵💚🔴 Turn and Talk with Accountability: Each person shares 30 seconds about their day. The Reporter (parent) shares the child’s idea — not their own. Forces listening.
- 🟢 Wonder Question: “What did you wonder today? How could we find out?”
- 💚🔵 Kindness Appreciation: “I appreciated when [name]…”
- 🔴 Family Roles: “Who will be the Material Manager tonight? Time Keeper?”
🌙 Before Sleep (1 min)
- 🟠 Belly breathing together: 1 minute.
- 🔵💚🟢🟠🔴 Quick reflection: “Which pillar did you use today?” Thumbs up/down.
📅 Weekly Home Connection — One Pillar Focus
“Who showed good listening today?”
“How do you think she felt? Why?”
“What are you curious about for tomorrow?”
“Which strategy helps you calm down?”
